The Bordeaux-based Institut Franco-Européen Multidisciplinaire d'Endométriose (IFEM Endo) is proud to announce its top ranking among French clinics for the treatment of endometriosis, according to the 2024 edition of Le Point newspaper's ranking of hospitals and clinics.
This prestigious ranking reflects the excellence and commitment of our multidisciplinary team to providing exceptional care to women suffering from this complex disease.
Some key ranking figures:
- 904 patients operated on in 2022, the highest number among all the clinics and hospitals listed.
- 32.7% of complex surgeries, exemplary management of the most severe cases of endometriosis.
- 52% national recognition, with 470 patients coming from outside France.
- 99% of procedures performed without an abdominal opening, thanks to innovative techniques such as laparoscopy and robotic surgery.
With an exceptional score of 18.80 out of 20, IFEM Endo confirms its status as a national and European reference in the fight against endometriosis.
This success is made possible by an integrated approach, combining cutting-edge surgery, psychological support, sexology and algology to accompany each patient through her care journey.
Prof. Horace, gynecological surgeon and member of the IFEM Endo team, states:
"This ranking highlights our expertise and commitment to patients. We will continue to innovate and invest fully to offer care that lives up to their expectations."
We thank our patients for their trust and will continue to strive to live up to this recognition.
